Due to the specialty of the platform, there is no withdrawal of your actual balance at DatDrop. However, you can withdraw the equivalent of your items to your Steam account in the form of CSGO skins
Can I make several withdrawals at a time?
ou can only have one active withdrawal. If you want to withdraw more items while your previous order has not been completed, you can close it and open a new one. The remaining budget will be credited to your account in the form of skins.
Are There Any Withdrawal Fees?
No, you won’t be charged any extra money either for deposits or for withdrawals. However, your bank card operator might apply commission fees; thus, you should check with your bank beforehand.
Are skins at DatDrop valued at market price?
A skin’s price can be higher or lower than the market. The price of a skin can fluctuate frequently, and DatDrop cannot constantly monitor the prices as it would lead to changing the cost of cases and the winning ranges. If we did that, the players that checked old rolls through Provably Fair would get incorrect results and think the platform was rigged.
What is the minimum Ethereum deposit limit?
The minimum amount is one dollar in ETH. The exchange rate changes regularly, so you should check the current price before making a deposit.
How many Ethereum deposit confirmations are required?
The deposit requires 6 confirmations.
I have topped up my balance, but I cannot see the funds on my account. What should I do?
Top-up delays may be caused by their processing at the pay gate we are working with —G2A Pay. Most often, payments are processed within 5-10 minutes. If you are experiencing a delay, please be aware that some payments take up to an hour. If the balance was not replenished after an hour, contact our support at customersupport@datdrop.io.
Where can I find my skin?
They are stored in your inventory. To access it, click on your avatar at the top of the page.
Why can’t I sign in or trade my skin?
DatDrop uses the Steam community for signing in and sending skins. Problems associated with your Steam account must be sorted out with the Steam help center as we are unable to control another platform’s performance.
How do I turn off the sound?
There is an “Audio” button on each Open Case page. Click on it once to toggle the sound.
How to stop Live-DROP?
Click “Live-DROP.” If the red light has stopped blinking, the option has been disabled.
How can I protect myself from scammers?
You can protect yourself by enabling 2FA on our website and in your Steam account. We also recommend that you first log in on Steam and then go to the platforms you want to play on. A fraudulent site will ask for a username and password, without the ability to log in through Steam. If the site is legit, you will be able to use the Steam sign-in without the need to provide your personal data again.
What if my account was hacked?
First of all, we recommend that you change your password to save your banking account and personal information. Next, you should make a forced exit from all previously connected devices and revoke the compromised Steam API key.
